About Us

Maa Chef Amma is a homemade food business based in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India, specialising in authentic Andhra-style chicken pickles, premix powders, sweets, and other homemade food products. All our products are prepared fresh in small batches with no artificial preservatives.

Orders & Purchases

• All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp after successful payment.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, and other UPI-based methods. All payments must be completed before dispatch of goods.

We are not responsible for failed transactions due to bank errors, network issues, or incorrect UPI details entered by the customer.

Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver pan-India via trusted courier services.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Product Information

• All products are homemade and prepared fresh in small batches.
• Product images are for representation purposes only; actual product may vary slightly.
• Shelf life and storage instructions are mentioned on each product page and on the packaging.
• Customers with food allergies are advised to check ingredient lists carefully before ordering.
• We do not use artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours in our products.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 99893 40476. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For refund details, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions are the intellectual property of Maa Chef Amma. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Maa Chef Amma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed by that customer.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
